Current Openings:
Customer Service & Inside Sales
The positions main responsibilities include; order administration, quotes, returns and outbound phone sales and servicing. Must be willing to learn the technical aspects of the products and continually build expertise with customer applications. Must have excellent typing skills with strong experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and must be willing to learn and continually use company software system. A minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar role in the same or related industry.
Outside Sales
The positions main responsibilities include selling plastic pipe, fittings, valves, pumps, tanks, mixers and fabrication services to mid to large size commercial contractors, engineering firms and end users in the metro Boston area. Must be professional and customer service orientated and manage large projects through all phases of the sales cycle. Must be willing to learn the technical aspects of the products and continually build expertise with customer applications. Prefer 3-5 years of direct plastics industry experience or in a related industry such as fluid power or plumbing & heating.
Shipping & Receiving
The position main responsibilities include shipping and receiving activities, inventory control, prompt disposition of returns, staging large orders, scheduling delivery and pick up of orders and part time counter help when needed. Prefer experience working with plastic piping, fittings or related plumbing components. Prefer expertise with operating material handling equipment such as a forklift. Must have good communication skills, typing skills and work in a professional manner with coworkers and customers. Must be dependable and work in a time efficient manner to meet the demands of the job.
